Composite Hull Repair San Diego

The interior and exterior skins have been repaired and replaced as necessary. The cracked bulkhead tabbing repaired in three locations. The wheel well tabbing to the deck was cracked away and had to be replaced. During the process, the wheel well was permanetly covered over with glass laminate, bonded and faired in such a way that the modification will go un-noticed to anyone that didn't know it was there. All repairs have been faired with epoxy and glass bubble, high build primed with Awlgrip, final sanded and shaped with AwlFair as necessary. The nonskid has been sanded off and the hull sides are just about ready for Awlgrip 545 Primer.
